I was moving around my live rock looking for a shrimp (i belive hes in my lionfish's belly....but thats another story for another day) and i found this worm/centipede like creature under a rock. He had to be a good 3-4 inches in length and was fairly wide. He was definately not one of those tiny microscopic worms i keep reading about. I recently put new live sand in the tank. He had alot of legs/hair. was fairly white in color. I would post a pic but i was so freaked out when i found it i flushed it immidiatley. What should i do? I'm afraid there are more that i cant find...

They are bristleworms, biggers ones can be bad for small fish.
