My 2 year old oscar hasnt eatin a lick in 3 weeks started out spitting food out to not eating at all .Its a 100 gallon one 12 inch 0 8inch red sev 5 silver dollars. the water was tested everything is o exp nitrates 20 tank has 2 rena xp3 and one emp 400 .I started doing 50 water changes every 3 days added salt and i used parasite meds with no help to my poor o .Hes not gonna last much longer so please give me a hand and info or advice dont want to loose my little monster .

try feeding with some garlic extract...and earthworms

sometimes fish just give up and theres not much you can do but that dosen't happen very often hows it doing is looking well or beat up also try moveing the tank decor carefully don't spoke it or it will get even more stressed after a change my fish would eat better

Actually i did a 50 water change and hes more active his clour is good no bulging stomach . He still fights his shadow so hes not really weak .Just dont know added salt higher temp added parasite meds i did hith meds but hes not showing any signs of hith or lateral line . Could he be constipated internal infection ??

Have you added any new fish without quarantining them lately. I have had an occasion when I did this ( impatience ) and the new fish had gill flukes. They demonstrated this same behavior. They also flapped there gill plates like they were trying to clean out there gills.
Did you remove your carbon when treating as it will remove your medication.
How long have you been treating it with meds.

All the fish have bben in the tank 2years no new fish added .I used jungle labs tablets for three days the parasite ones then did 50% water change then 3 more days of the same meds .No carbon in any of the filters durring the treaments .Would gill flukes make him loose appetite ??? what meds would be good ??

3 weeks isn't much, if hes not loosing weight and otherwise acting normally he may just be moody.

What have you tried feeding him? Has anything changed since before he stopped eating? New food perhaps?
