Looks like uropthalmus, but a bit too young to sex (if that's what you mean by ID?)
If it were a female, it should have a dark blotch mid dorsal fin, but those sometimes come and go with mood, spawning readiness, and age.
Note the spot in the caudal on this festae, it only covers the upper half or so, in uropthalmus it spans the entire area.
Another characteristic common in uropthalmus is the lack of bands in the anterior, like your photo, but bands posterior.
