Some kind of catfish but I guess you already knew that much lol...In some of the photos it looks to have fin damage or rot but its hard to tell for sure.

As far as damaged fin he's been active and swimming now, don't think it's serious

Ameiurus serracanthus, aka spotted bullhead, FL bullhead. http://www.planetcatfish.com/common/species.php?species_id=1089 Red fins are unusual but perhaps are a consequence of an unusual diet.
