I just started with flowerhorns again since my last one died two years ago.

Thank you for the reply, I still have half a packet of hikari blood red parrot pellets but it is hard to look for one here in UK.

Nice GB (Golden Base). Try using CZ Aqua's 2 tones to bring out the red and yellow. It works for my GB.

I'd suggest venting to be 100% on gender going off looks isn't always correct especially as a hybrid. I had a female for a while that literally looked like a male big kok and everything but she laid once a month.
