Please ID Orange Growth

Hey guys,

Been keeping fish for years now, fairly comfortable treating the common diseases like anchor worms, parasites, bacterial infections. Got something that I just can't figure out what's going on. It's orange growth on the body of my pleco. Fish seem fine, not really stressed, but orange spots that just won't go away. The teeth area in the mouth seem a little red/inflamed, but not much.

Water parameters are fine, all other fish are fine.

Ah, Thanks! So it's like the common cold then.... no cure....... Just ride it out.
