face looks escondido but the sunken belly reminds me of carpintis. Or it could be an unfed carpintis.
do you think he's sick? he only eats frozen blood worms. i just recently bought him and he was tore up. his fins are almost heald. i havent caught him eating any pellets, only blood worms. seems to do the trick (picky guy)
if you just got it, it might just be malnutrition from the source you got it, but keep an eye out for white stringy feces, etc.
