Definitely bullhead, note the lower whiskers and square shaped (not forked) tail

Pellets, cut up fish, etc. It should eat most foods offered to it.

If the mandibular (chin) barbels are white, as appears in the photo, it must be a yellow bullhead. If they are dark colored - either brown or black bullhead.
