I seriously need to stop believing what my LFS tells me. They said this was a freshwater fish. They said the same about our columbian cat-shark, our patriot crab... hell, almost every fish we've bought from them. Maybe I should research our black ghost knife & cory-cat too! If they are brackish water fish I could probably migrate to a brackish water aquarium completely.

Couldn't tell if you were kidding, but they are not brackish-water fish
