please ID this goby. thanks!

can someone ID this goby?
i need to know EVERYTHING about these guys.
i'm assuming they are harmless because their mouths
are so small..probably territorial...i need to know the
proper temperature to keep them, what they eat...
any info will be of much help. thanks!

it's all good. i got 3 of them..ranging between 4-6 inches...and it costed me
a total of 80 whopping cents!
