Looks like it could be. Give it time to settle in and colors may get better or it could just be poor quality.
 
Its been on the tank for 2 months. Thinking its a female hongi or a M. greshakei. I googled it and these two gets confused a lot. So i posted here to see what the experts here have to say. Thanks for replying
