Someone on WW says it's a redtail. Scombs are known to be uselessly weak (physically), right?

We will need a better shot from the flanks to be 100% on the ID, but the humeral spot appears to be a spot rather then crescent shaped that a tat or armatus would have, so for now Im saying scomb.

And yes they are a less hardy fish...
