Please ID this unusual cichla

[ROSTY]

These fishes are around 11 cm and sold in Taiwan as cichla temensis. But I never see so golden color temensis juvenile before.
The seller told me the fish was imported from Brazil. But some friends of me doubt that these are actually hybrid fishes.
If they are temensis, anyone knows which river basin they come from?
Could they be a hybrid?
or Could they be cichla intermedia? (just like below) Still no obvious vertival line because of too small?

kinda looks like mine, but a bit different around the tail, cant remember atm if it had the stripe all the way to its face. maybe its a ventuari temensis?
