It's Hericthys Carpinte. H. Cyanaguttatum (Texas Cichlid) spot pattern is smaller and more evenly patterned. The Carpinte spots are larger and irregularly patterned.

I agree with Mojo, however, it's a little harder to make that determination on the spot pattern when the fish is so small. My initial thought is definitely Carpinte though.
