I thought it was only the rio meta blue that had them! At what size does the blue start coming in? From my picture they look around 6" and no blue at all?

First off the bass in that photo look spooked and washed out. The blue comes in at larger sizes. Ever fish is different but you probably won't see much blue in the fins from a lfs. Iridescent fins usually develop when the fish is in good health and sitting in prestine water for a stretch of time.
