Please Identify Disease, Pictures included!!

Please help me identify what is killing all my fish. I have included pictures for identifying. Tank is at 6.7 PH, no toxins detectable with test kits. These are pictures out of my 730 Gal tank. I am going to treat with salt today. I also got Terminate from a pond place it has malachite green chloride and says it will treat fungal diseases. Any help?

Have you added any Discus recently, for instance?
