Please identify the fish for me

Geophagus. Don't know the exact species. More pics would help others determine the species. How large is it? My guess would be Geophagus Balzani, like

If that's a Gymnogeophagus balzanii, it is displaying such an extreme stress pattern that mine have never even shown it. I think it's a different fish.
And am I the only person who thinks it is malnourished and stunted? The head looks about two sizes too large for the body.

Just looked up geayi, that actually seems like a closer match based on the bars.
Yup it seems guianacara geayi. It is stressed because it is in a very small 10 gallon tank for a few days as my house is getting painted. I bought it 3 days back from lfs.
