Ok, thanks. First time I ever seen them in the hobby was about 2-3 years ago and the pet store wanted $45 for the one they had. I was coming back from IL and stopped at Sailfin in Campaign, IL, and found three for $9 each! They were marked as some type of head and tail tetra, but heck I knew they were worth more! I bought all three and wish they had more! Now, my question is how warm of waters can they survive in? I have heard about 77, but was wondering if they would make it with discus in the low 80s? Any thoughts?

That would make a great tank. I have been wanting to add some to my discus tank...just haven't been able to afford them....and I am running out of room.
