the head is a bit off shape. compared to the FHs ive seen id give it 6.

I'd give it a 7 also. Could be more pearly, and kok is not proportionate to the body. Color and fins are outstanding though. Very nice fish overall. Looks like he could have/had ducklips, his lips are pretty big.
