Male you cna tell by the "netting" on the tail before the saum. Females are translucent.

I could be wrong , but I think it is a female based on the pic. (Can see a very small tubular thingy right before the anal fin)

I think so there is a small tube but the anal fin so I need to change to male don't want to keep pair that just asking for trouble

The flat abdoman and the small sperm tube suggest it is a male to me. How big is it?

Tub is no more then 2 mm and fish is around 4 inch

100% male. That "tube" is a sperm tube not an egg laying tube I bet if you look at it closely it looks more like a thorn sticking out than a straw sticking out.

The marks you see on the tail before that saum are only found in males. Fin length isn't a proper identifier until adulthood.
