I am at a crossroads, took down my 125g and am downgrading to just a 75g. I have no idea what I really want to put in the tank. I have kept a lot of things and seem to get bored and end up selling or trading them back. I want to stay in the hobby, but dont know what this tank should be stocked with. I want a tank that is entertaining when people walk in. I was thinking about a school of clown loaches, and need to come up with some other stuff

any help . . .

Clown loaches and a large CA cichlid would be cool. Stocking it is your job though.

I've got in my 75 2 leopard bushfishs, 1 Pike bellycrawler, a couple loaches, a bichir and I'm pretty happy with my set up. Pikes are sweet, they are pigs when it comes to eating. The big ctenopoma (bushfish) has gotten pretty active with the pike in there. Hard to say what to get. Take a look around at some pet shops in your area and see what catches your eye.

alright so far:

4 clown loaches 3-4 inch
5 albino cory cats
1 albino senegalus bichir
1 true albino pleco(no the chocolate, this thing is bright yellow)
1 high fin spotted pleco

trying to go with mostly a color morph tank, expect for the CL which are like my fav fish. thinking about putting in a pair of leusictic HRP

Your bichir may try to eat the cories and choke to death. Keep it away. Aside from HRP, if I were you, focus on some mid dwelling fishes such as arulius barbs, filament barbs, odessas or golden provided your bichir is not to remain in that tank. The first two barbs are often overlooked but they're actually pretty when they mature. Keep 10 of either species.:)

a retic stingray.
In a 75g? IMO, it's too small for any rays.
