my girlfreinds pleco has been acting REALLY wierd, early in the day she said he was fine, no problem at all, when she got home from work all his fins were eract and stroking the water slowly but repetitivly even till now his fins are still erect, and when he would move he would only move in a pulsing manner even until now he still acting up like that, i checked the water param and they are perfectly fine, shes had him for close to 2 years now, and only now hes acting wierd, there are no other fish in the tank that would be picking on him since its only a tank of him and a couple tetras...anyone know whats happening to him?!?!

I would treat for parasites, sounds like he may have a worm to me. I have seen some plecos display this kind of behavior, and if treated fast enough, there won't be any problems.
I may agree on wyldfya 
maybe the pleco showing sign of infected bacteria threat them qiuckly if ever use a heater to eliminate some of the bacteria on the tank!! good luck to you!!
