I was wondering if it is okay to keep a Gibbiceps ( sail fin pleco ) in a tank that has a background made of concrete, would the concrete erode or the pleco get hurt?

i was also wondering if there would be enough room for the pleco to turn around, if the tank width is 24", the background about 2" and the Gibbiceps fully grown.

Full tank size- 6x2x2 (haven't got the tank yet, but will be getting it soon)

Need the pH of the tank. The concrete should raise it substantially.
As long as it isn't over 7.5 can go as high as 7.8 but don't want to push it.

i'm not worried about the ph, just that will the concrete hurt the sail fin's mouth?
and would the concrete erode if there was a very strong current
