Has anyone here successfully collected all the L numbers available to the hobby? Not counting the duplicate L numbers....

I'm currently on that path, I used to have almost 100 plecos at one time 12 years ago. I just had the commons ones and a lot of duplicates plus I had a 15" Scarlet that I found.

I now have I think 17 different species and about to add 3 more of the expensive ones, then I can concentrate on the smaller ones. The big ones such as the Scarlets, Adonis, Orange Cheek, etc. at with the Aros in the 265, the medium ones such as Vampire, Angelicus, etc. are with the Geos and Chocolates and the smaller ones in with my GF's tank of Neons, Uaru, etc.

Good Luck with that.

Not sure why it gets to L477 then jumps to L485, then to L600.

My best was just over 100 plecos with 50 being different at one time, but had more at different times.

That sounds like an exciting plan, you will need some nice set ups to be able to keep them all successfully.

I guess you are from the pokemon generation, "Got to catch'em all"

Any pictures of your collection.

Nice collection, watch the one from the belly pictures. The stomach looks sunken in

He has been that way since I got him, I never seem him eat shrimp, pellets, algae wafers or wood. I'm sure he eats something when I'm not around.

Couple weeks ago I came down to feed them and he made my heart drop for a few, he was upside down in the middle of the tank, very weird. I tapped the glass and he slowly rolled over and then swam off and onto the glass. Later that day I got on some pleco forums on FB and another person saw the same thing, apparently they all do this, she had many photos of her upside down.
