pleco fins torn

hello. i seem to be having a problem with my plecos. i have 3 of them and they all have their fins torn. i also have 6 black rubys, 2 angelfish, 4 cichlids and some corrydoras. the plecos are still rather small. 4, 5and 7 cm. are any of the other fish the cause? tnx
 
It could be the other fish or they could be fighting with each other.

What type are they?

Only real thing to slove this is watch whos doing what and then seperate the fish or add some more hiding spots
 
I've got a six inch common pleco in a tank with my green terror who is about four inches. The plecos fins tear alot but usually grow back within two-three weeks. Its no big deal.
