got these guys three days ago(but pic of only one the other one is always in hiding in the hollow bogwood)
they are 3"+
are they albino by any chance they have the characteristic red eye

yes, it will be albino, prob. a Hypostomus species. You can check by finding out how many dorsal ray spines it has.

Looks like albino common pleco, i think that they call them chocolate plecos in the states.

Chocolate plecos are amelanistic morph of P. pardalis, which are often sold as "albino plecos". Of course chocolate plecos are a common name and as such are given to a reasonable number of plecos.
