Cant be sure what kind L is it ,It's look to me like some kind of peckoltia..
but for sure it's not a L114!!

Agreed! If the dorsal fin is tall it is a sail fin if not I think it is just a common with awesome spotting on it.

Common pleco LFS sells them usually as high fin, sail fin pleco and they usually get pretty large.
