Well got him at petsmart, cuz he looked really Orange on his fins. I'm not a Pleco guy so if I'm wrong I'm sorry but iv seen some plecos go.for a.lot with oreange fins. So here u go.

Hi, I purchased 6 plecostomus like fish which are now about 6 inches ( approx 4 inches last six months ) This group have red edging on tail and fins. They have more rays in the fin than plecostomus. A search " Sail fin plecostumus " will put you onto the correct genera. They are similarily marked to yours on both back and belly'.
