Pleco ID

Found this guy on YT that catches these plecos, their side fins are orange and fat, haven't found a pleco like this yet. It looks like the common gibbs, maybe they are but have developed this feature, maybe this is breeding dress or permanent? I asked him if he can ship me on of these, hope he can as he catches them all the time.

I saw that on YouTube yesterday. Very strange pectoral fins. Hopefully somebody can shed some light on these. Though, I think they are ugly compared to the varieties out there today. I never was a big fan of plecos. Poor algae eaters and Poop machines. Flag tails are the true algae eaters.

Yea I don't buy these for the non-algae eating capabilities that for sure but I agree Flagtails are the best.

I posted this video few years ago but didn't get an ID. Hoping that maybe an ID was given.
