Pleco ID

Saw this guy at my LFS and was considering getting it, but wanted to know how big it will get first. Anyone have an ID on it? It has almost a blue hue to it and is about 2". The employee thought it was labled as a "Bubbly Pleco" but I can't find anything on that name. The closest I can find is an L239 Blue Panaque

Yeah planet catfish is very helpful, but in this case it had TOO much info! They have every kind of cat and so much info on each, it was really hard sifting through all the millions of plecos
