Pleco in cichlid tank

hi I was thinking about getting a pleco to put with my blood parrot,firemouth,tiger barbs and pemeldella pictus. I was thinking bristelonose might get picked on by fm. Any ideas on what pleco. My tank is 45 gallon.

The pleco will be fine in your tank, if you have tiger barbs and pictus in the tank already with the FM, I dnt see why it would be a problem adding a plecos.

Bristle nose is a good choice.

BN are cheap, hardly and stay small. They are the best choice for those conditions.

Bristlenose would be fine. Commons are fine too but I would recommend a bigger tank if you go that route. I have Royals, commons, BN, green phantom, gold stripe and a few others in with Jaguars and Black Belts and convicts. As long as they have cover to retreat to if things get rough you'll be fine.
