Pleco not moving right pectoral fun

I bought a pleco today, and I believe in transportation the pleco injured its right pectoral fin. it seems that the fish cannot move the fin, it is stuck on an angle. The other fin is fine.

Should I try to 'relocate' the bone? or do you think it will heal itself?

I'd leave it alone. It'll either heal or he'll learn to live with it and adapt. If you try to correct it you may do more harm than good.............

Its probably stuck to his side from being dropped. It will likely work its way loose.
