pleco sick but dunno where wrong.

i think my pleco are sick but i dunno what sickness they have ? they usually hide in the dw or staying at the bottom but this few days they are at beneath the surface, some staying at the top of the dw. i thought they are fine. yesterday, one of them turn pale, other 2 got white patch on their eye. one of them eye look sunken. their stomach are fine, no sunken. so i did 60% water change but it does not help. all my pleco got different symptom so i dunno what to do ? ph is 7.5. i dun have a nitrate test kit but my water is crystal clear does it mean water is good ?

any idea what sickness they have ?

Eye cloud maybe? Due to poor water quality? What is your w/c schedule like? I have had plecos with eye cloud before. Sadly he died shortly after not sure why..

Not saying your fish will die. Just need to keep up on the tank work. What size tank is it? What kind of plecos, what are their tank mates?

Check the rest of your water parameters. Just the pH isn't going to tell you what the issue is. I personally recommend the API master test kit, it does ph high range ph, Nitrates, nitrites, and ammonia. Are you taking the water off the top or the bottom when you do a w/c? All of this information is important.

Get some photos of these plecos. If it is a white patch above their eye it could be fungus? pics will do a lot as far as us helping you the right way.

It sounds like you have a nasty outbreak going on. Get us some pics of your latest plecos you added to that tank

hi, this pleco got sunken eye, some white thing on the eye. bloated stomach and not been eating. how to save it ? pls help.
