How many smaller sized plecos could I keep in a 40B? The tank has a reasonable amount of hiding spots, with two small pieces of driftwood, several large rocks, and a heavy dose of plants. Currently I have a rubberlip (L445) and a clown (L162) pleco in the tank. I'm planning on adding a whiptail, and hopefully another one or two smaller (4-8") plecos (such as bristlenose, L134, or peckoltia sp). The tank is well filtered with an AC110. I know that I will eventually run into territorial issues, so that is why I ask.

As long as there is enough spots for everyone you'll be fine. Go for it
