Pleco trends

It seems there are times when certain trends occur with plecos. Right now it seems royals are pretty big. Pseudas are big too but has there been a time where leporacanthicus were big? I love them but no one ever posts about theirs. Any one else love these guys?

Availability sets the trend, and it all depends on who and what you like. I am not picky I love all plecos!

Pretty much sums it up. You will see an influx of a certain species based upon availability.

i think fish become available and people on the site make it know that an awesome fish is now available and then everyone jumps on it. Think people on the site definitely pump up certain fish and as a result people go for it.

Thats actually exactly what i have too. I have 2 l91's 3 l264's 2 l29's and 1 l240. Which is your favorite?

I'm a fan of bristle nose Plecos. They aren't fancy, but they are sure neat! Nice golden details and such neat features on their head.

My fav out of the 4 is the L240s but the L91 are a close 2nd
