Pleco, Where art thou?

Hello e'erybody! My little itty bitty new 1" pleco has disappeared overnight :screwy: its a mystery to me. I think he sucked his way out :cry: but nonetheless i will look for him. anybody know where he could've went?

the back side of the filter intake?
millions of potential places and positions....
 
The filter intake is small and i could see him there. I dont think the rocks are big enough for him to get behind but maybe and there is really no other decoration other than some baby tears plants.
 
How small is he? have you looked under everything? I had to just about tear down my whole tank when I was looking for one of my small golden algae eaters. I finally found mine hiding under some decor, took a while and all the other fish were mad at me for disturbing the whole tank. I hope you find him. Keep us posted. :)
 
just found him! he was under a rock (buried in gravel) and was about an 1 1/2" below the gravel, hes nuts and then bolted behind a plant (knocking some of my danios out of the way in the process lol)
 
i had a 1''er in a 10 gallon and i still had to really look sometimes.
i even found out he liked to hide behind the top framing peice, so look EVERYwhere...
 
i want a golden nugget pleco to go with him. (L018) yay ill try to find one and if anybody has one pm me please!
