Im looking for a good pleco to keep with 6 of my oscars... the oscars are 1-2" and im looking at 2 royal plecos that are 2" do you think its safe to put 2x royal plecos in a tank with the oscars?

They would be fine, however, they should be a little larger. 2" plecos are pretty fragile, I would look for something a little bigger.

hmm would it be safe to put them in a growout tank? then when they are bigger put them in?

Hmm... i might buy the larger one buts hes like 100$ and the small ones are like 18$ there from xingu1 or something like that.

What about a Leopardus Pleco L-114 those look nice also.. but i would prefer a big alge eating pleco hence the royals

I would do the royal also. I would do at least 4" though. and $100 for a royal means it either really big, or a L330

L144 wont eat algea. the reason to get them big is the high mortality. xingu is just the specific river is from. a few types of "royal" are from there...
