Pleco with Paratheraps/Vieja

What Pleco's can work well with Vieja? I tried a Gold Nugget, and it didn't work too well at all. If they're shy they starve in a tank full of cichlids. But, I put a Sailfin Gibby/Common in with them, and it had no problem getting food even during the day. So, I'm wondering, can a Panaque, or a L24, or L25, get out and about enough to eat well in a tank full of Vieja?

A big Pseuda may be alright there are powerful pleco's who have the weaponry to help defend itself but most will prefer feeding at night. Panaque's munch allot on wood so no competition for food there except when it would come to prepared foods like pellets. Would depend on the size of the panaque but mine all seem pretty bold granted mine are not housed with any big cichlids only small Trimacs.

I have a rhino pleco that does well with my cichlids.
