Well I've recently acquired an ornate poly, its in my 110 as we speak. Only fish in there so far is him, its going to get stocked with the rest shortly but I've heard very bad things about putting them with plecos. I was thinking a flash pleco, a grey leporacanthicus, and a blizzard cactus. Would these be alright with my little monster? Also, am i gonna have a problem with my fire eel, tiretrack eel, or my clown loaches? New to bichirs so im trying to not screw it up!

All those plecos are fine with bichirs. Just stay away from sailfin plecos and common plecos or any from those genus. The only issue is that flash pleco might get eaten soon when the ornate grows to 20"+ but that may take a long time.

I've kept a Delhezi and Senegal Bichir with a large Common Pleco however, I raised them all together from when they were very small, so the Pleco never bothered with the Bichirs. The most I'd ever see is if the Bichirs ever got to close to the Pleco's territory and he'd have to chase them off.

Then again, I'm pretty sure I'm a rarity in that sense. I've heard some very bad stuff about keeping Plecos with Bichirs.
