How long do people reckon it will take some 2-3" pleuros to reach 6-8" in optimum conditions, they wouls stard in a 40uk gal growout before going into 210, cheers

About 5-7 months. 8" in a 40 is NOT going to work, even a 6" fish will be cramped. These fish are fast and powerful.
