pls advise how to i trim MBU teeth

despite feeding him clams, snails and shellprawn. the bugger teeth still outgrown. his mouth begin to show sign of unable to close.

its about 10". dun think i can trim it with a nailclipper like the sticky. also did a google search which say use dremel tool which i dun have.

i thinking using transmore and a plier cutter. any advise before i begin.
 
I would seriously suggest posing this question on a veterinary site for the best route to take with a dental issue on a specimen that size. It would be worth a vet's opinion to get proper training on maintaining your mbu's teeth. At the very least, a vet could warn you if your proposed technique will endanger your puffer.
 
Need to sedate it then clip with finger nail clippers do it to my puffers when needed

It's too much risk to sedate in my opinion....especially if you are like me and would probably put the wrong amount in.

I agree with looking for a vet.

Also try mom and pop pet stores *sometimes* they can help.
