Pls. help. scale prob

my aro lost 2 scales and scratchd some also. i was wondering if things will go back to normal. my aro is 6" long. its a jardini. thanks

the scale will grow back quickly, but take a little while to regain its color. It'll be fine as long as the water conditions and diet stay good

Yup, aros losing their scales due to accidents in the tank normally have no problem regrowing them. It's faster on young aros but eventually it would be ok regardless.

No the scratch scales will not drop off but that too will heal given time.

When my Aro dinged himself, sometimes he'd knock off scales, yes, they grow back. Another time he seemed to bruise himself and the scales turned black then fell off. He may scar< but he"s pretty small
