I see lots not just one. Hybrids. Probably henlie mix

tough call. pic doesnt do justice in terms of size contrast, especially with that many rays in at once. if they are not cramped in a tiny tank and the water quality is not poor, these are likely a henlei or henlei hybrid. if they are in a small tank cramped together and the water isnt ideal, and they are still very young and not developped their coloration yet, could turn out to be stunning looking black rays. not an expert, but if i had to put down a guess it would be henlei mix.
