Pls ID my flowerhorn

I was wondering what type of flowerhorn is it.

its currently in a quarantine tank being treated for pimples. Using clout and it got rid of a pimple last time. Any suggestions on treating pimples?

Does water parameters effect the color of the flowerhorn. His KOK and cheek has a darker color compared to the rest of his body.

hard to call but it has HITH hole in head use something to take the ammonia out of the water

looks more like a wound than HITH
For pimples use something like Promethyasul, its a broad spectrum treatment..
Your fish looks to be a ZZMalau to me..
As for water parameters, A higher PH usually brings out more colour, but can decrease KOK size a bit, just experiment a bit and see what your fish prefers,
BUT when you do adjust ph, do it VERY slowly..
Raise it about .1 or.2 only per day
Aim for about 7.6 - 7.8 and see how he goes..
