Not a Rhomb...IMO it's a Serrasalmus Sanchezis.
 
i have to agree with sticky on this one, looks to be a juvie sanchezi

Alot of LFS mislead Serra as a black piranha or rhomb. because it's look very similar to each other. Most Serra speicie are very hard to ID unless you know where the collection are or you fish the piranha out from the river your self.

I had numberous of Sanchezis before and they are great species. It can be aggressive as rhomb if not more. it's a slow grow but you will be happy with him. Keep him in 55gallon for life, these can grow up to 7-8" max size.:D
 
they are great little fish, i think they are actually alot more fun than rhoms are at this size
