I would like to have the strainers for output leading to sump furthur down my tank. (midtank) However if their was a power failure my sump would not be able to hold that volume of water and a flood will be on the cards.
In the photo 2 you can see water which was a result of a pervious flood. My setup is great until there is a power failure.
Has anyone got any suggestions to how I can acclomplish my task
