Getting a 450 going with a 90 gal sump. 2 1-1/2 inch drains and 2 1 inch returns in center back over flow... Looking for some pics to get some ideas on how to plumb it. Post your pics of your plumbing on your big tanks. Thanks in advance

I would say decide what type of drain set-up you want to set-up. Given that you have two drains sounds like Herbie would be a good option. If you go with PVC, from there it's about the most efficient run to your sump, but clean so that it's as much out of the way so that you can do maintenance. Same for the return plumbing from the return pump(s). This may sound vague, but really every tank set-up is a bit different, and if you keep those things in mind, you can sketch based on how your tank is laid out.
