plumbing size question

I looked at that chart and I still don't get what size I should use.

I was told 1.5'' drains, 2 3/4'' returns.

The pump is 2640 GPH and the sump is 70 gallons

i would think larger drains and smaller returns. the returns are under pressure and will flow more through same diameter than the gravity flow drains.

Two 1.5" drains and one 1" return or two 3/4" returns.

i would think two 1 inch returns would help...for that size pump i would use 1.5 inch which is a little bigger than two 1 inchers

I want to have a large spray bar for a return and only one drain. So far I have got different answers.
