have looked around here and can't seem to find anything about DIY plywood with acrylic(as viewing window) or it just that i didn't look hard enough.

if anyone have any advice...DO tell.
Like: what kind of silicone will work with acrylic and so on...the more the better!

or if you know the link please, put it on here.

Thankz

there's actually plenty on here. Just look through a couple of threads and you'll find a couple that use acrylic. Glass is what the majority use tho due to it being cheaper.

thankz guys!

i read about what type of silicone to use in the sticky but what kind of silicone work with epoxy(sweetwater) and acrylic??

as long it says the the silicone is 100% silicone it will work with sweetwater. I used GE Silicone 1 on my tank. But I didn't used acrylic for my window. Using acrylic is where you could run into some issues. Silicone doesn't stick to acrylic to well. I heard of others using a type of primer on the acrylic to make the silicone stick better. I believe its called DOW Primer C used along with Dow 795 silicone.
