Hey there monsterfishkeepers i got a question i wanna build a 6x4x2.5 plywood tank with a window and the window is gonna be a 3/8 thick plexiglass sandwiched together with another 3/8 plexiglass will that hold or will it bow out?

https://www.customaquariums.com/glass-aquariums/all-aquarium-standard-sizes.html It says the glass should be .6 inches thick, and 3/8 plus 3/8 is 3/4 thick, so it should be able to hold it, but I'd wait for others input first

Sadly it doesn't work that way. 2 x 3/8 won't be as strong as 3/4. Possibly if you had some way to bond them together but I'd find a thicker piece.
